a speed session is text based, and designed to essentailly put you under and give you one, small suggestion (like a freeze or drop kind of thing)the just fuck me up is for if you aren't sure exactly what you want, but have a rough ideathe standard is one hour, based on an idea with detail behind itan extended session is two hours, but otherwise the same as standardfractionation specials are slightly shorter, and generally dont have any suggestions added, being focused on being brought up and dropped over and over again to fry your little mind, followed by extended aftercarea beginner session is 30 minutes, going under once and having a few simple triggers added, then having you be brought up and them being ratified
